Use of the B-HLD30 with a second battery, the user can nearly double the number of pictures that can be taken (in HQ mode). The Power Battery Holder can be used with one or two BLM-1 batteries. It provides vertical shooting capability with a shutter release and zoom lever. Equipped with a remote socket for the remote cable release RM-CB1 and a standard tripod socket on the bottom, the camera can be easily used for studio photography. A lock button for the vertical operation allows the user to shoot using the shutter and zoom buttons on the C-8080 Wide Zoom body only. The B-HLD30 is compatible to the C-8080WZ only.
